Carrots!

Life has been ever busy at our house, as you can tell from the lack of posts. This week I have a break from my day care so hopefully I will be able to catch up.

Abbie has been a little pill lately when it comes to sitting down and eating. I can't get her to stay at the table for long. When she is at the table she will just take a few bits and than proceed to play. The other day she wanted to go for a walk to the grocery store and get a treat. I told her she had to eat a good lunch before she went. As you can guess she was not cooperating. I was getting frustrated when I finally said, "We are not going to the store if you do not eat. You have only taken a few bits of your rice, you still need to finish your turkey, and you haven't even touched you carrots." She stopped what she was doing and looked at me with a smile, than she reached over and touched her carrots saying, "I touched my carrot."
I could only laugh after that. She has a very witty personality.
